Dylan Everett, LICSW, is Manager of Mental Health and a Social Worker at Boston IVF, offering counseling and emotional support to individuals and couples navigating their fertility treatment journey.

Lili Cai received her medical degree from the Shanghai College of Traditional Medicine in 1983 and is a Diplomate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology with the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncturists. She has also practiced traditional Chinese medicine in China and Japan – and taught at the prestigious Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and New England School of Acupuncture. Her expertise lies in the areas of fertility, gynecological conditions, chronic pain and gastrointestinal problems.

Michelle Hay has worked at Boston IVF since 2006. Her Master's degree is from the New England School of Acupuncture at MCPHS, and her undergraduate is from Quinnipiac University. She has worked with all manner of patients before, during and after fertility treatments. Treating Women's Health has been the focus of her practice for almost 20 years. Her practice is LQBTQ+ inclusive.

Yan Jin received his medical degree from the Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1982 and is a Diplomate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture. He has practiced at the Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, The Longhua Clinic and the Clinic of the New England School of Acupuncture. He has taught in China, Japan, Watertown, and Brookline. His expertise lies in the areas of male infertility, male sexual dysfunction, neurological disorders and pain management.

Ellen Leifman is a graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture, where she received a Masters Degree in Japanese/Chinese Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology. She also earned an additional Masters Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation. She is on the faculty at New England School of Acupuncture, where she serves as a clinical supervisor. She has worked at Mt. Auburn Women’s Center and Harvard Teaching Hospitals. Her clinical interests and areas of expertise include infertility, hormonal imbalance, gynecological issues, migraines, digestive conditions, pain management, stress and anxiety.

Stephanie Rodrigues, LICSW is a Social Worker at Boston IVF and offers counseling and support to patients and couples throughout their fertility treatment process.
