How to Schedule a Semen Analysis Appointment

• If you are a current Boston IVF patient and wish to book a semen analysis appointment, please contact your Boston IVF doctor’s administrative assistant (888) 300-2483 and press Option 1.

• If you are NOT a Boston IVF patient and wish to book a semen analysis, you must have your doctor (primary care, urologist, etc) fax a lab order to our office at (781) 370-0099.

• Please make sure the lab order contains your name, date of birth, and phone number along with the requested testing.  Once this lab order is received, you will receive a call from Boston IVF to book your appointment. Please allow several days for processing.  If you need to contact our office, please call (888) 300-2483 and press Option 2.
